Cycle maintenance and repair services
Whatever the reason you cycle, it is important to keep your bike in good working order. Regular servicing and inspection is vital for keeping your bike safe; helping you have good cycling experiences
Bikes that are regularly serviced are far less likely to experience major faults or come into difficulty while being used. The best solution to bike maintenance, is prevention; identifying wear and tear before it becomes a fault and addressing minor faults before they become larger safety concerns.
We can complete a range of repair works on your bicycle should issues arise, replacing items such as: brake pads, chains, cables, inner tubes, tyres, derailleurs and more. In addition, we offer 3 levels of service, should you wish to have your bike inspected and adjusted where needed.
Our team, lead by our Level 2 City and Guilds qualified cycle mechanic has various experiences of cycling, cycle maintenance and repairs. They work throughout the year to maintain our varied fleet of hire bikes, to a high standard of safe working order.
If after the initial inspection you decide not to move forward with the services reccomended by our team, you will be charged a £20 inspection fee.
*(Please note that all levels of service do not include the price of parts).

Bike Sales and Upcycling
Our project accepts donations of older bikes, bikes in need of repair, servicing or upcycling. We use these bikes as learning tools for people on vocational placement with us, enabling learners to understand the mechanics of bikes and how to maintain or repair them.
We sell on some of these bikes, so if you are interested in purchasing a second hand bike, email us to find out what we have available: strawberrylineprojects@gmail.com
